Job summary

BetterHelp is seeking experienced mental health professionals to provide therapy remotely through our platform. You’ll manage adults, couples, or teens with autonomy over clinical decisions in a private, professional home office.

Requirements include an active license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, etc.), 3+ years of practice, a Master’s or Doctorate in a relevant field, and US residency with liability insurance. Fully remote work with a flexible schedule is offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy.
• Fully independent license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, etc.) and can provide therapy without supervision.
• U.S. residency and liability insurance.
• Private workspace with reliable internet.
• 3+ years of mental health counseling experience.
• Currently residing in the US.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to adults, couples or teens.
