Job summary

Counseling For You in Massapequa Park, NY, is expanding its outpatient practice and seeks licensed clinicians to join as Mental Health Counselors (LMHC or MHC-LP). This hybrid role combines in-office collaboration with flexible patient care, building a strong caseload across individuals, couples and families.

You will provide evidence-based psychotherapy, complete assessments and treatment plans, document promptly, and collaborate with supervision and the clinical team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling.
• New York LMHC license or MHC Limited Permit eligibility.

Counseling For You is a growing outpatient mental health group practice serving children, teens, adults, couples, and families across Long Island and New York.

Our Massapequa Park office is expanding, and we are looking for motivated Mental Health Counselors (LMHC or MHC-LP) who want to build a strong caseload in a supportive group-practice environment.

We provide a steady flow of referrals, administrative support, clinical supervision, and opportunities for long-term growth within the practice.

Role

This is a hybrid clinical position based in our Massapequa Park office.

Clinicians provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy based on their areas of experience and clinical interest.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing evidence-based outpatient psychotherapy
• Completing assessments and individualized treatment plans
• Maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborating with supervisors and other members of the clinical team
