Job summary

Health Wealth Safe, Inc. is seeking an LMHC Associate to provide outpatient counseling for individuals, couples, and families through in-person and telehealth sessions.

The role emphasizes ethical practice, comprehensive assessments, and collaborative care with psychiatrists and other providers, while documenting services precisely in the EHR to support continuity of care. You will develop individualized treatment plans and monitor progress, adapting approaches to client needs and safety

Qualifications

• Must hold LMHC licensure or equivalent credential.
• Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills.
• Ability to provide therapy for individuals, couples, and families.
• Proficiency documenting clinical services in an EHR.
• Collaborative communication and commitment to ethics.
