Qualifications

• Two years’ experience delivering behavioral health services.
• One year lead experience in residential services or a two-year degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate services including finances, activities, behavioral supports, healthcare, nutrition, family involvement, education/vocational services, and household management.
• Assist supervisors with maintaining consistency in programming, staff communication, and overall quality of care.
• Create and manage staff schedules to ensure appropriate coverage and support.
• Support implementation of behavior support plans, treatment plans, functional assessments, and person-centered plans.
• Provide direct support and hands-on care during assigned shifts, including personal cares and daily living support.
• Utilize de-escalation techniques, crisis intervention, and positive behavior support strategies.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with individuals served, families, and interdisciplinary support teams.
• Assist with household tasks, meal preparation, medication support, appointments, community activities, and general upkeep of the home.
• Maintain accurate electronic documentation and communicate updates and progress to supervisors and team.
