Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling or a related mental health field.
• Current, unrestricted independent clinical license eligible to provide supervision in state of practice.
• Approved supervisor status or equivalent eligibility as required by the state board.
• Extensive clinical experience in mental health counseling.
• Strong knowledge of assessment, treatment planning, and professional ethics.
• Excellent communication and ability to give constructive clinical feedback.

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduled individual supervision to assigned associate therapists.
• Conduct group supervision when permitted and assigned.
• Review clinical assessments, case notes, and treatment plans.
• Discuss challenging cases and provide appropriate clinical recommendations.

Job Summary

We are hiring a Mental Health Clinical Supervisor to provide ongoing supervision to associate-level therapists working toward independent licensure. The supervisor will meet with assigned clinicians to discuss active cases, review treatment decisions, and address concerns that arise during counseling sessions. This position also involves evaluating clinical documentation, monitoring professional progress, and ensuring associates receive supervision that meets applicable licensing standards. The right candidate will have extensive counseling experience, sound clinical judgment, and a practical approach to helping developing therapists manage their responsibilities. Supervision must be provided by a clinician who meets the qualifications established by the applicable state licensing board.
