Job summary

The Prince William-Manassas Regional Adult Detention Center seeks a Clinical Services Caseworker to deliver comprehensive mental health services to inmates. This full-time, temporary appointment will operate under the supervision of the clinical team in a secure environment in Prince William County, VA.

Responsibilities include clinical screening, assessments, intervention, counseling, treatment planning, and rehabilitation support, with both individual and group sessions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services, social services, social work, or related field.
• 2 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to obtain an unrestricted Virginia license (LCSW/LPC/LMFT) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical evaluations and mental health assessments.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual and group therapeutic services.
• Deliver crisis intervention including suicide and homicide risk assessment.
• Coordinate referrals and hospitalization when needed.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports.
