Job summary

The Judge Rotenberg Center is seeking Mental Health Assistants for entry-level and supervisory roles in our school and residential programs. MHAs support treatment and educational goals, deliver interventions, and help students develop skills in a structured, safe environment.

This position includes overtime opportunities and potential advancement within the organization. We offer weekend and night shifts, flexible scheduling, and a tuition reimbursement program to support education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalence required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Two previous employments required.
• Increased rates for BA or beyond.
• Increased rates for experience in Human Service or Military experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement students’ treatment and educational programs.
• Provide services/interventions to support skill development and mastery for students/clients.
• Maintain a safe environment for students/clients to thrive academically.
• Contribute to advancement opportunities through high performance.
