Tailored Brands, Inc. is seeking a Retail Store Tailor—Alterations to support the Men's Wearhouse operation. You will greet customers, take alterations requests, and ensure garments are marked, altered and pressed to achieve an attractive, well-fitting result.

Qualifications

• Formal tailoring training preferred.
• Experience as a tailor for menswear highly preferred.
• Good technical skill with sewing equipment.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Team attitude and enthusiasm are important.
• Proficiency in all basic and advanced alterations of men's tailored clothing.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the selling process by greeting and interacting with customers and addressing special requests.
• Mark, alter and press garments to ensure proper fit and finish.
• Ensure the proper fit of garments and answer customer questions.
• Maintain an open dialogue with management and help other team members.
• Keep the tailor shop clean and organized and help customers with sizing and wardrobe suggestions.
