Pomelo Care is seeking an advanced practice provider to conduct video visits for perimenopause and menopause care. The role involves assessing symptoms, developing hormone therapy plans (including GLP-1s and non-hormonal options), and maintaining precise documentation.

You will work independently, adhering to clinical, privacy, quality, and compliance standards while leveraging telehealth platforms to deliver patient-centered care across the menopausal journey.

Qualifications

• Active APP license in Texas (CNM, WHNP, or NP).
• Minimum 3 years menopause care experience.
• Experience prescribing hormone therapy, GLP-1s, and non-hormonal Rx.
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and EHRs.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits with patients navigating perimenopause and menopause
• Assess symptoms and develop treatment plans, including prescribing hormone therapy, GLP-1s, and non-hormonal Rx
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
• Follow applicable clinical, documentation, privacy, quality, and compliance standards

Requirements

• Active APP license (CNM, WHNP, or NP) in Texas
• Minimum of 3 years of menopause care experience
• Experience prescribing and managing hormone therapy, GLP-1s, and non-hormonal Rx
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and electronic documentation systems
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently
