ReNEW Schools seeks a Men's Varsity Head Volleyball Coach for the 2026-2027 season. The candidate must obtain a valid Arizona IVP fingerprint clearance card and hold good public relations with parents and the community.

Qualifications

• Must possess, or be willing to obtain, a valid Arizona IVP fingerprint clearance card.
• Previous experience as Coach is preferred.
• Previous classroom teaching experience is preferred.

Men's Varsity Head Volleyball Coach for the 2026-2027 season at American Leadership Academy - West Foothills. Candidates must possess, or be willing to obtain, a valid Arizona IVP fingerprint clearance card.

Responsibilities

• Make specific requests for equipment and supplies with help from the Assistant Coach. Assign priority based on safety, need and cost.
• Manage care and distribution of equipment and supplies.
• Attend all meetings held by the Athletic Director and the League Chairperson.
• Establish good public relations with parents, teachers, community, and the news media.
• Report contest results to the Athletic Director.
• Verify all practice/game fields are safe for players and spectators.
• Have a well-developed coaching philosophy.
• Have a “Plan for Success” that outlines expectations and discipline for the program.
• Develop a year-round action plan for maximizing the potential of each athlete.
• Other duties as assigned, including any pre or post-season responsibilities.

Required Qualifications

• Valid AZ IVP Fingerprint Clearance card

• Previous classroom teaching experience
