Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Facility Ops Team Member in Raleigh, NC to help maintain a clean, welcoming club environment. You will ensure clean facilities, stock supplies, and uphold Life Time standards of presentation while assisting members with queries about services and policies.

The role involves routine cleaning tasks, towel stocking, locker room upkeep, and friendly member interactions to reinforce our commitment to service and quality in a fitness club setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 20+ lbs.
• Ability to stand and move around the club for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety through daily tasks.
• Wash, fold, and stock member towels; keep locker rooms neat and orderly.
• Monitor usage of cleaning products and chemicals within budget guidelines.
• Respond to member inquiries about Life Time products, services, policies and procedures.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures the locker rooms are neat, and orderly
• Ensures the usage of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow the amount prearranged by the department budget
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures

Position Requirements

• Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time

Preferred Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
