Job summary

Ageless Men’s Health is seeking a Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our Franklin and Hendersonville clinics. You’ll provide compassionate, evidence-based care focused on men’s health, including TRT and weight management, in a patient-centered, concierge-style practice.

You'll work Monday–Friday with no nights or on-call, in an on-site setting, collaborating with leadership to deliver proactive, wellness-focused care.

Qualifications

• Active PA-C or NP license required.
• Minimum 1 year clinical experience; hormone, primary care, or weight management experience a plus.
• Proficiency in ordering labs, interpreting results, and documenting in EMR systems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe, compliant patient care.

Responsibilities

• Lead patient evaluations and manage treatment plans.
• Order, review labs and diagnostics to tailor care.
• Prescribe and monitor testosterone replacement therapy and related meds.
• Oversee weight management treatments, including GLP-1 medications.
• Start IVs, administer injections, and perform blood draws.
• Document patient charts and lab results in the EMR.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal regulations and internal protocols.
• Educate patients on hormone optimization and lifestyle changes.
• Collaborate with medical director to maintain high-quality care.
