Job summary

Life Time Plano is seeking a Facility Ops Team Member to help keep the club clean and welcoming for members and guests. You will perform daily maintenance, restock towels, and ensure locker rooms stay neat and orderly, while following budgeted usage of cleaning products and supplies.

You will also assist members with questions about Life Time services and policies, contributing to a positive member experience and a safe, high- presentation environment across the facility.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks as part of club operations.
• Lift and move items up to 20 lbs or more as needed during shifts.
• Provide helpful information to members and answer questions about Life Time services.
• Maintain presentation standards in line with Life Time policies.

Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks.
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures locker rooms are neat and orderly.
• Ensures proper use of locker room consumables and cleaning products within budget.
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures.

Position Summary

As a Facility Ops Team Member, you will ensure the cleanliness of the facility while offering great customer service. The club space must be clean, stocked with supplies and meet Life Time's standards of presentation.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures the locker rooms are neat, and orderly
• Ensures the usage of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow the amount prearranged by the department budget
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures

Position Requirements

• Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time

Preferred Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
