Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Facility Ops Team Member responsible for maintaining a clean club environment, stocking supplies, and upholding Life Time standards of presentation.

You will provide friendly customer service and ensure the facility meets quality expectations for members and guests. The role is hourly with wages starting at $15.25 and up to $18.25 based on experience, with comprehensive benefits for full-time staff and opportunities for growth and training in a dynamic fitness club

Qualifications

• Must be able to routinely bend and lift up to 20 lbs or more.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in a club setting.

Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks.
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels; keeps locker rooms neat and orderly.
• Ensures proper use of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals per department budget.
• Responds to member inquiries about Life Time products, services, policies, and procedures.

Position Summary

As a Facility Ops Team Member, you will ensure the cleanliness of the facility while offering great customer service. The club space must be clean, stocked with supplies and meet Life Time's standards of presentation.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures the locker rooms are neat and orderly
• Ensures the usage of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow the amount prearranged by the department budget
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies, and procedures

Position Requirements

• Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time

Preferred Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED

Pay

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $15.25 and pays up to $18.25, based on experience and qualifications.
