Job summary

Gap Inc. is seeking a highly organized design administrator to support the Men’s Design team in bringing seasonal product to life. You will manage day-to-day coordination, keep design information accurate, and prepare assets for milestones.

You will collaborate with Designers and cross-functional partners, assisting with sketches, BOMs, and presentation materials, while keeping samples and assets ready for reviews in a fast-paced creative environment.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities, product categories, and seasons.
• Proactive and resourceful, take ownership and follow through to completion.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across a large, fast-paced creative organization.
• Comfortable with changing priorities and quick responses to Design team needs.
• Interest in apparel, product, fashion, and the Gap Inc. customer.

Responsibilities

• Support the Men’s Design team with day-to-day coordination and administration of seasonal design and product development.
• Maintain accurate design information across seasonal tools, trackers, presentation boards, and internal systems.
• Assist Designers with sketch updates, BOM updates, and basic design packages.
• Create and maintain presentation boards, product overviews, and materials for seasonal reviews and leadership presentations.
• Organize fittings, product reviews, and cross-functional meetings by arranging samples and materials and capturing updates.
• Maintain organization of seasonal design assets including fabrics, trims, color standards, artwork, and samples.
• Assist with market and competitive research by gathering and organizing relevant information.
• Identify opportunities to improve organization, communication, and workflow across the Men’s Design team.
