Software Placement Group is seeking an experienced Men’s Cold Weather Accessories Specialist in New York. You will lead development of performance and outdoor accessories—from gloves and hats to base layers and ski wear—driving concepts through retail execution.

We value deep fabric knowledge, trend tracking, and strong partnerships with factories to optimize materials, fit, and costing for national retailers and mass merchants.

Qualifications

• Strong background in performance, outdoor and active cold-weather products.
• Experience in multiple key categories such as gloves, hats, base layers and accessories.
• Deep knowledge of performance fabrics, insulation, fleece and technical constructions.
• Understanding of features like touchscreen compatibility, moisture management and weather protection.
• Strong understanding of men's outdoor, active and cold-weather consumers.
• Experience coordinating with factories on materials, construction, costing and fit.
