Qualifications

• Excellent communication and people skills with a self-motivated, goal-oriented approach.
• Interest in using networking and technology to drive sales and engage customers.
• Ability to work effectively in a team, prioritize multiple tasks, and maintain organization.
• Flexible availability based on business needs.
• Physical ability to be active for 6-8 hours per shift with frequent bending, reaching, and occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools, including text and social media.
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and open Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
• Provide personalized styling advice and product knowledge to customers.
• Keep the department customer-ready by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, performing price markdowns, and light cleaning.
• Work a flexible schedule and occasionally perform duties in other departments as needed.
