Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge all customers in a prompt, friendly manner.
• Assists customers with product information and recommendations.
• Replenishes merchandise on shelves and maintains pricing/signage per guidelines.
• Keeps knowledge of seasonal floor merchandise and assists with moves.
• Restocks merchandise and maintains a clean, organized work area.
• Supports company policies and procedures and strives for a legendary customer experience.
• Facilitates store programs (e.g., Club Membership, in-store pickup) and suggests add-ons.
• All other duties as assigned.
