Job summary

Nordstrom, Inc. is seeking a Salesperson who is passionate about fashion and styling. You will cultivate customers digitally and in-store, set and hit sales goals, and provide service aligned with customers’ terms.

Build strong relationships, share style feedback, and develop product knowledge to grow expertise. Responsibilities include maintaining a customer-ready department, stocking and merchandising, and supporting Nordstrom Rewards growth.

Responsibilities

Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling.
Build lasting relationships with customers and Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
Provide service on customers' terms and offer style feedback.
Keep the department customer-ready with replenishment and merchandising.
Work with the team to support merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning.
