Job summary

FUJIFILM Dimatix, Inc. seeks a seasoned engineer to develop and improve wafer fab processes for inkjet MEMS devices. You will own tools and processes, minimize yield loss, and work with R&D and manufacturing to qualify new techniques for volume production.

The role requires 5+ years in MEMS/semiconductor and strong problem-solving, math skills, and excellent communication to coordinate across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Material Science, Chemistry, or Physics with 5+ years relevant MEMS experience.
• Experience in semiconductor/MEMS wafer fab processes.
• Ability to find root causes of wafer fab problems.
• Strong problem-solving and mathematical skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve wafer fab processes for MEMS devices.
• Use wafer metrology tools to analyze problems and failures.
• Apply SPC/DoE and yield data to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing engineering to qualify tools and processes.
• Provide production support and optimize yield and costs.
• Communicate strategies and results clearly to stakeholders.
