Job summary

SiTime Corp. is seeking a Validation Engineer to perform extensive bench testing and data collection ensuring ICs meet targets. You will collaborate with design engineers on experiments and future designs, with a focus on timing products like synthesizers, buffers, and PLLs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of related field experience.
• Hands-on experience with serial protocols, schematic/PCB design, and lab automation.

Responsibilities

• Automate lab data collection and data analysis using Python.
• Work on schematic design of high-speed signal PCBs.
• Debug and analyze failures in devices returned by customers.
• Develop and document bench testing platforms for device validation and characterization.
• Conduct validation tasks for timing products including synthesizers and PLLs.
• Elaborate validation plans and execute validation tasks.
• Analyze bench data and prepare reports summarizing device performance.
