Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis or FP&A.
• Advanced Excel: pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, nested formulas.
• Experience preparing financial reports and variance analysis.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy across complex spreadsheets.
• Able to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; can explain findings.
• Adaptable, proactive, and able to work independently or with teams.

Responsibilities

• Support development of financial forecasts, budgets, and models.
• Assist with monthly financial reporting, variance analysis.
• Analyze revenue, expenses, profitability, and key metrics.
• Prepare projections and analyses for business planning.
• Collaborate with finance leadership to monitor performance.
• Develop Excel-based reports and dashboards.
• Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes.
• Support ad hoc analyses and special projects.
