Optimum Permanent Placement Services is partnering with Memphis facilities to recruit a Breast Surgeon to join their team. The position involves a mix of clinic and surgery days across two facilities with a 1:4 call rotation and a 9-hour day schedule.

The role includes a competitive base salary with RVUs, a sign-on bonus, and tail malpractice coverage. Epic EMR is used across sites, and board certification or eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in breast surgery.
• Clinical and surgical experience preferred.
• Willing to split time between two facilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform breast surgical procedures and participate in clinic and operative days.
• Manage a busy breast clinic with substantial patient volume.
• Collaborate with navigators, NPs, RNs, MAs, and CMAs.
