Qualifications

• Expertise in system memory technologies and validation, pre/post-silicon.

Responsibilities

• Lead a distributed team delivering pre-silicon and post-silicon memory validation.
• Own and evolve validation strategies for memory subsystems (DDR/LPDDR/HBM).
• Collaborate with architecture, silicon design, firmware, BIOS, and validation teams.
• Plan programs, schedules, dependencies, and milestones with leadership alignment.
• Engage directly with customers to ensure memory solutions meet requirements.
• Drive debug and resolution of memory issues across silicon and firmware.
• Report program status and risks to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop team members to deliver customer success.
