Capri Communities LLC is hiring a Caregiver to support RCAC, CBRF, and Memory Care residents in our Wisconsin communities. You will provide personal care, assist with Activities of Daily Living, and follow individualized care plans under regulatory guidelines.

This role offers 32-hour work weeks with paid 40 hours, 8-hour shifts, and eligibility for both full-time and part-time positions, along with 52 paid days off per year.

Formación

• Must be available to work every other weekend and rotating holidays
• Must have CBRF certifications

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care and assist with Activities of Daily Living for RCAC, CBRF, and Memory Care residents in Capri Communities with adherence to care plans and regulatory requirements
• Follow Resident Care plans to assist with activities of daily living, mobility and transfers, medication administration and reporting requirements, and plating/serving meals
• Assist with light housekeeping in resident rooms or common areas
• Assist with resident activities.
