Job summary

Silverado Calabasas is hiring dedicated Caregivers to support residents with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and memory-impairing conditions. Join a recognized memory care leader in a role that blends empathy, reliability, and relationship-building to create meaningful moments daily.

You will provide hands-on care, build relationships with residents and families, and maintain accurate care records while working within a supportive team and competitive benefits package in sunny California.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred.
• Experience caring for individuals with memory impairments preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.
• Effective communicator in verbal and written English.
• Able to walk, bend, lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, dining, etc.)
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members
• Support residents with memory impairments in a safe, respectful, and engaging environment
• Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team
