Job summary

The Phoenix at Lake Joy is seeking a Pearl Director to lead the Memory Care neighborhood, overseeing staffing, PSP development, and resident care within Phoenix Senior Living standards.

The Pearl Director reports to the Executive Director and drives staff engagement, training, and compliance with state and federal regulations, ensuring a high-quality, resident-centered program across wellness dimensions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Administration, Gerontology or related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of department management experience in senior living or skilled nursing with supervisory skills.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and multi-department experience recommended.
• Extensive knowledge of assisted living and dementia care.

Responsibilities

• Lead memory care neighborhoods, ensuring compliance with regulations and Phoenix Senior Living standards.
• Develop and monitor Personal Service Plans (PSP) and daily staffing assignments.
• Review resident files and coordinate family meetings before move-in; collaborate with Wellness Director.
• Maintain Resident Service Information and oversee care quality and risk management.
• Lead emergency response efforts and ensure proper coordination of activities across departments.
