Qualifications

• Active RN license in North Dakota.
• Leadership or management experience preferred.
• Experience in long-term care, memory care, or dementia care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day clinical leadership for the Memory Care Unit.
• Oversee resident care and ensure compliance with nursing standards and regulations.
• Lead, coach, and support nursing staff to promote quality care and positive resident outcomes.
• Conduct resident assessments and participate in care planning processes.
• Monitor resident conditions and collaborate with providers regarding changes in care needs.
• Partner with families to support resident well-being and address concerns.
• Promote person-centered approaches to dementia and memory care.
• Participate in hiring, training, coaching, and performance management of nursing staff.
• Support regulatory compliance, survey readiness, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to create an engaging environment.
