Job summary

The Neighborhood at Vestavia Hills is seeking a Rise Coordinator to join our Memory Care team. The Rise Program Coordinator reports to the Program and Outreach Coordinator and will lead dementia-informed programming and engagement for residents.

Responsibilities include developing a vibrant activity calendar, coordinating across neighborhoods, and maintaining documentation and family communications to build trust and partnership with families.

Qualifications

• Experience in Memory Care, dementia care, or senior living engagement.
• Understanding of person-centered, dementia-informed programming.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and lead engagement efforts.
• Passion for meaningful programming and quality of life for residents with dementia.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and facilitate a Memory Care activity calendar aligned with RISE standards.
• Ensure consistent engagement elements and daily engagement activities.
• Lead engagement programs and coordinate across neighborhoods within the building.
• Support family communication and education about Memory Care programming.
