Full Bloom Memory Care is seeking Memory Care Partners to blend supportive caregiving with meaningful engagement tailored to each client. You'll help clients stay active through walks, games, crafts, music, and community outings while building relationships and providing companionship.

The role emphasizes meaningful days, individualized care, and collaboration with a dementia care team to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Experience in dementia care or caregiving is preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check and verify eligibility to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with clients and families.
• Create engaging daily experiences tailored to each client's interests and abilities.
• Lead cognitive, recreational, and enrichment activities.
• Encourage movement, walking, and healthy daily routines.
• Accompany clients on senior center and community outings.
• Support independence while providing compassionate caregiving and personal care as needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Communicate closely with Full Bloom's dementia care team to ensure exceptional continuity of care.
