Job summary

Washington University in St. Louis in St. Louis, MO, seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for outpatient memory disorders.

Schedule is full-time (32 clinic hours/week) with no evenings or weekends. You will build your own patient panel with guidance, supported by engaged physicians and RN staff, in a collaborative, high-quality care environment. The role emphasizes diagnostic/therapeutic care, education for patients and families, and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing required for NP track.
• Graduate of PA program; valid PA licensure in MO/IL or able to obtain within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including history, assessment, and ordering/ interpreting studies.
• Develop and implement patient-centered care plans with physicians and care teams.
• Counsel patients and families on disease management and prevention.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with standards.
• Support ITB therapy care education and patient safety initiatives.
• Participate in quality improvement and clinical research activities.
