Spring Arbor Senior Living - Winchester is seeking compassionate Medication Aides (RMA/Med Techs) to support residents with medications and daily living activities in a warm, family-like team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Ability to pass a criminal background screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with self-administration of medications according to Virginia regulations.
• Monitor and document resident care accurately.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and personal care.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and families.
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff and caregivers to ensure continuity of care.
• Support resident activities and engagement.
• Maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resident-centered care.
