Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Medication Aide certification (NJ) or Technician certification (VA/MD/PA/RI) preferred.
• Positive attitude and love for working with people.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, engaging personal care, assistance, support and companionship to residents.
• Engage residents in activities of daily living (ADLs) and help with routine tasks.
• Monitor residents for changes and support updating their personal Resident Care Plan with nursing input.
• Encourage participation in community programs and activities.
