Silverado Thousand Oaks is seeking a Full Time Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for the PM shift in Thousand Oaks, CA. You will provide nursing care to residents with memory impairments, document health status, and collaborate with a caring team.

The role requires an accredited VN program graduate and an active LVN/LPN license. Compensation ranges from $34 to $38 per hour, with benefits and growth opportunities available.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited Vocational Nursing program.
• Active LVN/LPN license.
• Experience in senior or memory care settings preferred.
• Reliable transportation and attendance.
• Strong English communication, both verbal and written.

Mansioni

• Serve as liaison between residents, families and physicians.
• Provide clinical support and assist with daily living activities.
• Monitor resident health and maintain care documentation.
