Ideal candidates are graduates of accredited LVN/LPN programs with active licenses, strong English communication, and reliability for a PM shift on Sundays through Tuesdays.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Vocational Nursing program.
• Active LVN/LPN license.
• Experience in senior or memory care settings preferred.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.
• Clear English communication (verbal and written).
• Physical ability to perform required tasks (up to 50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between residents, families, and physicians.
• Provide clinical support and assist with activities of daily living.
