Bridges by EPOCH at Trumbull is hiring LPNs for our memory care assisted living community. Join a caring team dedicated to delivering high-quality nursing care to seniors in a supportive, family-like environment.

Part-time and per diem shifts are available (4pm–8pm daily; 8am–12pm two days/week; 3pm–11pm every other Monday). Excellent benefits start after 30 hours per week; NEW GRADS WELCOME to apply and grow with us.

Qualifications

• CT Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Nursing License Required.
• NEW GRADS WELCOME TO APPLY!
• Experience in memory care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents in memory care.
• Administer medications and coordinate with nursing team.
• Monitor resident health and report changes to supervisors.
