Qualifications

• LPN license in the state is required.
• Assisted Living/Memory Care experience preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience is required.
• Punctual and professional conduct is essential.
• Passionate about working with the elderly.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and train your team of caregivers.
• Evaluate residents and report changes in condition to physicians.
• Utilize Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Electronic Medication Administration Records (EMAR).
• Communicate effectively with the team, residents, and families.
• Build strong relationships with residents and staff.
