Job summary

Silverado Franklin, a memory care innovator, seeks a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN/LPN) for a full-time NOC shift. You will provide clinical support, assist with daily living activities, and monitor resident health in a caring memory-care environment.

The role requires an accredited nursing program, active LVN/LPN license, and strong English communication. Schedule Sunday–Tuesday; anticipated pay range is $35–$39 USD per hour, plus benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Vocational Nursing program.
Active LVN/LPN license.
Experience in senior care or memory care settings preferred.
Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.
Effective communicator in verbal and written English.
Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.).
Comfortable around animals and pets.

Responsibilities

Serve as a compassionate liaison between residents, families, and physicians.
