Qualifications

• High school diploma and/or 1–3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• You love to laugh and have fun while providing excellent service.
• Experience with memory loss is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and complete assigned projects timely and accurately.
• Ability to build strong rapport with families and residents.

Responsibilities

• Coach Memory Care team members to foster compassionate relationships with residents.
• Maintain daily tidiness of Memory Care neighborhoods including resident apartments.
• Bi-weekly cleans of resident apartments.
• Model resident engagement presence when in neighborhood.
• Coordinate with leadership to ensure positive experiences for Memory Care residents.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
