Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Valid driver's license with clean record
• Criminal background check as required by law

Responsibilities

• Manage the environmental services program and maintain a safe, active environment.
• Directly supervise environmental services staff, including hiring, coaching, and training.
• Perform building system maintenance (electrical, plumbing, roofing, etc.) as needed.
• Monitor flooring and roofing to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Provide courteous service to residents, guests, and coworkers.
• Promote residents' rights and well-being.
