Qualifications

• Experience in assisted living or memory care preferred
• Proficient verbal, written and presentation skills
• Strong organizational and planning abilities
• Computer skills including Word and Excel

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and oversight of resident activities in memory care neighborhood
• Plan, schedule and conduct programs that provide physical, intellectual, social, emotional and spiritual opportunities for residents
• Attend community planned functions and help coordinate events from start to finish
• Assist in preparing and organizing a calendar of events
• Be willing to work flexible hours (evenings and every other weekend) for activities
