Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking a Director of Memory Care to lead the Legacy neighborhood, guiding dementia care programs and ensuring a vibrant living environment for residents. You will partner with staff and families to implement care plans, maintain safety, and promote high occupancy.

The role emphasizes leadership, regulatory adherence, and education across the campus, with a focus on delivering compassionate, person-centered memory care within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year work experience with dementia or Alzheimer's residents in the past five years.
• Three years dementia care experience in health care, senior living or long-term care preferred.
• CDP credential preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily operations of the Legacy dementia care neighborhood.
• Educate families, lead resident-first meetings and service plans.
• Maintain a dementia-safe environment and conduct security rounds.
• Provide dementia education to families and community as a champion.
