Job summary

Artisan Mt. Pleasant is seeking a Server for memory care to join our team in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. This full-time (and part-time) role supports dining services for residents in our Enliven community, helping to portion, prepare, and serve meals with care.

Qualifications

• Maintain all required kitchen and food-service logs accurately and on time.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, infection-control, and workplace safety procedures.
• Ensure residents receive the correct meals and portions based on dietary restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Portion and plate all dinner items according to established portion sizes, recipes, presentation standards, and individual resident dietary requirements.
• Prepare the dining area and satellite kitchen for each meal service.
• Serve meals and beverages to residents promptly, courteously, and respectfully.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized satellite kitchen at all times.
• Monitor inventory and communicate low-stock or replenishment needs to the appropriate supervisor.
• Properly label, date, store, and rotate food items and supplies.
