Job summary

The Terraces at Tuckerman Lane Healthcare Center is hiring a MemoryCare Coordinator for a full-time role with a 7:00 am–3:30 pm schedule, Monday through Friday with every-other-weekend rotation. The position focuses on memory care activities and building meaningful relationships with residents to enhance quality of life.

Located in Maryland, this role offers tuition reimbursement, health/vision/dental benefits, a 401(k) with match, and a supportive, respectful workplace culture that values

Qualifications

• Experience delivering recreation/activities in memory care settings.
• Ability to build supportive relationships with older adults.
• Customer-service oriented and responsive to residents and families.
• Team-oriented with collaborative work style.
• Creative, organized leadership in activity programming.
• Warm, professional communication with staff, residents, families, and visitors.
• CDP and CTRS credentials are preferred when available.

Qualifications for MemoryCare Coordinator:

• Prior recreation/activities experience in a memory care setting.

• Passion for building supportive caring relationships with older adults

• Service minded customer service professional

• Dedicated Team player

• Organized creative leader

• Knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age-related needs of the residents served.

• Warm professionalism in presence and communication with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the public.

• CDP and CTRS preferred
