Job summary

Bridges by EPOCH at Sudbury is seeking a dedicated Cook to join our memory care culinary team. This full-time role offers shifts from 7:00–15:30 or 8:00–16:30 with every other weekend, delivering high-quality meals to our senior residents in a supportive, respectful environment.

Competitive pay range of $22.00–$23.00 per hour, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth within our Northeast network of communities.

Qualifications

• Food preparation and other culinary services in the kitchen.
• Hands on alacarte preparation and other culinary services in the kitchen.
• Must be able to follow kitchen safety protocols.
• Some experience in assisted living preferred; hotel/club/fine dining a plus.
• Must have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals for residents according to menu and standards.
• Assist in daily kitchen operations and food presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in kitchen areas.
• Support a collaborative culinary team and ensure timely service.
