Westminster Village North in Indianapolis, IN, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver compassionate daily resident care in a Memory Care unit of our Assisted Living community.

This full-time evening role (2:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.) supports bathing, grooming, mobility, meals, and daily activities while upholding safety, dignity, and high-quality service for our residents. We offer comprehensive benefits and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of the certified nursing assistant (C.N.A.) training program as required by the state, pass the state testing requirements, and be in good standing with the state’s Nurse Aid Registry program.

Responsibilities

• Prepare each resident for the day and/or night by assisting with bathing, dressing, toileting, and activities of daily living.
• Obtain resident vital signs and accurately record them.
• Document resident information in the medical record per policy.
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, walking, and daily activities per care plans.
• Respond to call lights promptly and provide or obtain necessary care.
• Support meal service and assist with feeding when needed.
• Maintain resident rooms, belongings, and cleanliness; stock supplies.
