Qualifications

• Current state certification as CNA/HHA/CHHA - Medication Aide Certified is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, engaging personal care services and companionship.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Look for changes in residents' day and personal care needs and update their personal Resident Care Plan with the Nurse.
• Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.
