Job summary

Stellar Senior Living in Gilbert, AZ, seeks a Memory Care Certified Med Tech/Caregiver to provide daily living activities and compassionate support for residents in our memory care community.

Qualifications

• Caregiver Certification required.
• Fingerprint Clearance Card required.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Food Handler certification or food safety training required.

Responsibilities

• Provide activities of daily living and other services per each resident's service plan.
• Respond to resident requests and determine best assistance.
• Ensure residents receive appropriate meals by reviewing dietary restrictions and preferences.

Role Overview

Our Certified Med Tech/Caregivers provide activities of daily living and other services to residents in accordance with their service plan. Responsibilities

• Provide great resident care and support with daily activities and personal hygiene
• Respond to resident requests and determine how to best assist them
• Ensure residents receive appropriate diet by reviewing their dietary restrictions, food allergies and preferences
