Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Passion for supporting older adults with memory loss or dementia.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, mobility, dining, toileting).
• Provide reassurance, redirection, and meaningful engagement to reduce anxiety.
• Maintain dignity and create moments of connection with residents and families.
• Collaborate with care team to ensure personalized, safe routines.
