• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting.
• Support safe mobility and promote dignity and independence.
• Help manage mealtime support and observe/report changes in condition.
• Follow personalized care plans and use dementia-informed approaches to reduce anxiety and challenging behaviors.
• Contribute to a warm, home-like environment and engage residents in cognitively supportive activities.
